What do we need before launch?
We review parking, charging, suitable roads, guest access, and support arrangements together. The launch plan follows that assessment.
Do we need to buy vehicles to offer this?
No. The Service Plan pairs a fleet with an operating partner under agreed revenue-sharing terms, while the Tech Plan runs the platform on vehicles you already have. Your proposal states which applies.
